Application Form

Mandatory for returning artists and vendors: please print out this PDF “Application Form” (below) and fill in the information, and mail in with your cheque or e-transfer (info@artonthefarm.ca) within ONE WEEK of acceptance. Sending in your “application form” and payment within one week of acceptance will reserve an appropriate spot for you at this year’s event. If writing a cheque, please make it payable to: Art on the Farm.

$45 for a 10’ x 10’ spot
$70 for 10’ x 15’ spot
$90 for 20’ x 20’ (double spot)
